Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice! Tim Burtion’s iconic film hit theatres in 1988 and remains a classic. The movie stars Michael Keaton, Geena Davis, Alec Baldwin, Catherine O’Hara, Jeffrey Jones, and Winona Ryder. It follows deceased couple Adam and Barbara Maitland who try to scare away the Deetz family, who now live in their home. They contact a bio-exorcist named Betelgeuse, who torments the residents. The success of the film spawned into an animated TV series, several video games, and a Broadway stage musical. 

There’s been plans for a sequel film since ‘Beetlejuice’ came out. In Feb. 2022, a sequel was confirmed with Warner Bros. producing.
